My focus is to build and influence those systems.

Background

I have spent fifteen years operating at the intersection of strategy, institutions and technology, as a researcher, as an executive, and as a founder.

I led the strategic framing of a national digital sovereignty framework at institutional level, defining governance principles, decision criteria and control mechanisms. That work sits at the core of how I think about systems : who controls them, who depends on them, and what leverage they create.

I teach business strategy at ICAM Lille and strategic management at the Université de Lille. I hold a Master’s in Economic and Social Strategy and pursued doctoral research in strategic management at Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas.

Earlier in my career, I served as General Manager in SME environments and as a production engineer at Caterpillar, which is where I learned that strategy without execution is fiction.
